On December 10, 2021 a violent long tracked tornado moved across Western Kentucky producing severe damage in many towns and across eleven counties traveling 165.7 miles. One of those counties is where I grew up, Muhlenberg County. Many homes were destroyed, including several that were completely obliterated and swept away. A total of 11 people were killed in and around the area. 

Due to this horrific event, I will be raising funds for the Muhlenberg County Long Term Disaster Relief Fund. I will be raffling off tickets of this Kentucky landscape painting. “Afterglow” $25 raffles will be available to purchase on my website….www.ginnyfutvoye.com….the drawing will take place on March 1st. All monies raised will go directly to Muhlenberg County Long Term Disaster Relief Fund.
